What does that actually mean? Leaders hire me when they know something isn't working but can't pinpoint what. Revenue is growing but the wheels are coming off. The team is executing but nothing feels coordinated. Priorities are clear in theory but muddy in practice.
I diagnose what's actually broken, then fix it. I'll manage your calendar and help you prioritize, but I'll also challenge your assumptions, build the operating systems you're missing, and execute alongside your team. I bridge the gap between "here's what we should do" and "here's how we actually do it."
Most consultants give you a deck and leave. Most EAs manage logistics but can't think strategically. I do both - I map the bottlenecks, build the systems, train your team to run them, and then step back so you're not dependent on me forever. The result is clearer priorities, faster decisions, better execution, and an operating model that scales without you being the bottleneck.
You don't need someone to just take notes or just give advice. You need someone who can diagnose the chaos, build the structure, and make sure it actually sticks. That's what I do.
